Thank you for supporting Made On Mercury / Escxvar. Because most of our products are digital, custom, or instantly delivered, all sales are final. Please review the full policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—including digital downloads, numerology readings, personalized forecasts, music, animations, and custom creative services—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once a digital product is purchased or a service is booked, the sale is considered complete.

2. Digital Products

This includes:

  • Soul Contracts

  • Numerology readings

  • Personal year/month forecasts

  • Manifestation formulas

  • Affirmation spells

  • Music, MP3s, albums, beats

  • E-books, PDFs, courses

  • Exclusive downloads

  • Templates, designs, and creative files

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download link not working), we will resend the file at no extra charge.

3. Services

All services are non-refundable, including:

  • Numerology consultations

  • Soul Contract decoding

  • Personal readings

  • Creative consultations

  • Animation services

  • Music production, mixing, and mastering

  • Content creation

Your payment reserves our time, energy, and expertise. Because these services are customized and cannot be resold, no refunds are available.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

4. Physical Products (If Offered)

If we offer physical merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.):

  • All merch sales are final

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged

To request a replacement for a damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wear and tear

  • Lost or stolen packages

5. Incorrect Email or Delivery Address

We are not responsible for:

  • Mistyped email addresses

  • Incorrect delivery info

  • Missed downloads

  • Files sent to the wrong address due to user error

Please double-check your information at checkout.

6. Unauthorized Purchases

We do not issue refunds for purchases made by someone using your device or payment method without your permission. Please secure your accounts and devices.

7. Chargebacks

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are treated as fraud.
We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks

  • Ban accounts associated with fraudulent claims

  • Limit access to future purchases

We are always available to resolve legitimate issues directly.
