Due to the nature of our products—including digital downloads, numerology readings, personalized forecasts, music, animations, and custom creative services—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Once a digital product is purchased or a service is booked, the sale is considered complete.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download link not working), we will resend the file at no extra charge.

Your payment reserves our time, energy, and expertise. Because these services are customized and cannot be resold, no refunds are available.

4. Physical Products (If Offered)
If we offer physical merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.):
